A gentle reset away from life’s frantic pace to dream, reflect, and create.
Held at Spithurst hub; a calm, Swedish inspired venue with a pretty nature gardens, nestled within the peaceful Sussex countryside.
What’s Included?
Design Your Dream Life workshop:
A gentle, inspiring session to pause, reflect, and dream. Together we’ll dive into a little mindful journaling and add gratitude notes to the ‘Jar of Joy’ boosting positivity. This first session is guided and designed to help you gain clarity , motivation and alignment to what truly lights you up.
Vision Board Creating (all materials provided)
Whether you’re dreaming big or just exploring gentle shifts towards calmer, happier living. A vision board will help you align your intentions with what matters most to you.
Magazines, boards and affirmations will be provided. Choose images, words or ideas that you’re drawn to, there’s no right or wrong. Just a fun, creative activity to spark focus, motivation and joy.
Refreshments
Teas, coffees and delicious homemade biscuits provided on arrival (from Hubbery Bakery) inspired by the Swedish tradition ‘Fika’, offering a moment to slow, connect and savour a warming cuppa.
Feel-Good Energy & Connection
An laid back afternoon spent in a friendly, nurturing space. Expect laughter, inspiration, and new found connections with like-minded souls.
You’ll leave feeling uplifted, focused and ready to make small but meaningful changes towards joyful living.

By Car: Free parking on site.
By Train: Venue is a rural location 10mins drive from Lewes, if you are coming by train it’s recommended to travel via Lewes, as there are plenty of taxis by the entrance.
Can I come solo? Yes of course, many of our guests do. This is a kind space, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Do I need to bring anything? We will provide everything you need for the workshop, however if you have a favourite image, inspirational quote or something else you’d like to add to your vision board, do bring it along.
Dietary requirements / Allergies: We will have warm drinks and homemade biscuits on arrival, please let us know upon booking by Email (no later than 7 days prior to event date).
Terms & conditions
Tickets are non-refundable. However if you’re unable to attend you can transfer your place to another person. You will just need to inform us by email with the guests name along with any dietary requirement changes. We will of course also be happy to help by announcing the space on our social media should you need us to.
We must be notified by email of any dietary requirements up to 7 days before the event date. Please note the Hubbery Cafe and Bakery are unable to cater for special dietary requirements without 7 days notice, in this case you could bring along your own drink and/ or snack if required.
In the unlikely rare event of personal illness, or personal emergency we will do our best to provide cover . If this is not possible & the event has to be cancelled we will offer a full refund. However The Day She Let Go, The Spithurst Hub and Hubbery Cafe and Bakery will not be held liable for any consequential loss or additional costs incurred.
